#4 guild rule: Ruppe Buyers: Don't Ask Dont Tell

If you buy ruppes its illegal and can get banned.. i dont have a problem with that cuz u risk ur self but if you let pep know then you have placed then in a position that they know some one is doing something illegal...

If you buy ruppes dont tell, if u get scamm by them dont tell, if you just got a great offer dont tell, etc

No one will ask u if u buy ruppis and no really benefits from knowing you buy ruppes..

Guild rule #4 Ruppe Buyers: Don't Ask Dont Tell Will be inforce after 1 week after guild has been properly inform of new rule...
